Privacy Policy
At Uldavero S.A. (hereinafter, «Uldavero», «we») we handle your personal data responsibly and in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and its complementary regulations in force as of 2026.
1. Data controller
Uldavero S.A., CUIT 30-71567890-1, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, floor 8, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, is the controller of the personal data collected through the uldavero.com site.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide us through the newsletter subscription form: name and email address. In addition, we process limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, and language for statistical and security purposes.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to send you communications about real estate crowdlending opportunities in Argentina, editorial news, platform updates, and content related to the real estate market. We do not use your data to build automated profiles with legal effects.
4. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on the free, express, and informed consent you provide by completing the form, in accordance with article 5 of Law No. 25,326.
5. Retention
We will keep your personal data as long as your newsletter subscription remains active and up to a maximum of twenty-four (24) months after your last interaction or until you request its deletion.
6. Recipients
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share it with technology providers acting as data processors under strict contractual obligations of confidentiality and security.
7. Rights of the data subject
You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, updating, and deletion of your personal data by sending an email to hola@uldavero.com. The data subject has the right to exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated, in accordance with article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326.
8. Supervisory authority
The Agency for Access to Public Information, the enforcement body of Law No. 25,326, has the authority to handle complaints and claims related to the breach of personal data protection rules.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction. Our services run on encrypted and audited infrastructure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect regulatory changes or improvements to our services. We will always publish the current version indicating the last updated date.
